AQUAPRO 8270 Advance 2K Floor Finish

AQUAPRO 8270 Advance 2K is a high performance, two pack, water based floor finish recommended for application to interior parquetry, timber, particleboard and cork flooring. AQUAPRO 8270 Advance 2K has exceptional abrasion resistance and excellent chemical and black heal mark resistance (BHMR). Highly suitable for commercial and high traffic environments.

AQUAPRO 8270 Advance 2K is easy to apply and flows and levels well. This environmentally friendly coating has very low VOC (solvent) content and is safer for contractor/applicators and building occupants.

AQUAPRO 8270 Advance 2K is available in full gloss, semi gloss, satin and matt and is recommended for application over AQUAPRO 8020 Water Based Sealer. AQUAPRO 8270 Advance 2K Floor Finish complies with Green Building Council Australia – Green Star Rating.


Bostik Ultraset® 2 in 1 is a high performance hardwood flooring adhesive and moisture control membrane all in one. With Bostik’s breakthrough AXIOS® Tri-Linking™ Polymer Technology, Ultraset® 2 in 1 maintains the superior long term durability and moisture protection properties of high-end urethane hardwood floor adhesive, but it is easier to spread and clean off of prefinished flooring, even after full cure. Bostik Ultraset® 2 in 1 has zero VOC’s (as calculated per SCAQMD Rule 1168) and does not contain any water.

Cemimax DL55

Cemimax DL55 is an advanced cement and polymer based levelling and smoothing compound. DL55 is formulated for experienced commercial contractors to smooth and level large commercial and retail areas. Once dry it is suitable for the application of vinyl, carpet, timber and tile floor finishes. Unlike normal hydration levellers, DL55 will harden and dry at temperatures down to 10°C. 1.5mm – 75mm in one application with a 35MPa rating.
